Thanks for the info. I've noticed from the Logs that the installation of the extra packages (the ones declared in the floyd_requirements.txt file) failed with the last entry (

This step is executed atomically, this means that if a single installation fails, the full installation process will be aborted.
No module name numpy error, you are getting this error because you are running python2 code in a python3 environment. Here's the fix:
floyd run --gpu --env tensorlfow-1.9:py2 'default make'
My advice is also to change
python in the makefile.
