Hi, after running out of credits on an instance, my workspace has been 'shutting down' for 7+ hours. After buying more credits, I am still unable to access or use this workspace. Does anyone have any ideas how to remedy this?

Fixed. You should now be able to resume your workspaces. Let us know if it's not the case.
